Welcome to My Town LLC, a Property Ownership and Management company. My Town was created originally as a partnership with the idea of managing a few properties for business use, rental income, and equity appreciation. During the discovery phase of our journey, we realized a few things. 

• Most people were too hesitant to invest in a property by themselves or didn’t have enough capital. 

• The rental market is saturated, disorganized, and deceitful, as 1000’s of people are being scammed daily.

• Property ownership and management can actually become more autonomous and remote than we are willing to believe. 

So with this newfound information, we set on a journey to better understand the rental market asking questions like, Who was looking for homes? How long are they staying on average? What is the average vacancy rate for a vacation rental? Is furnishing your home worth the cost? And to no one’s surprise, we found a recurring theme. Flexibility and transparency. These two criteria have been the downfall of 21st-century renting. No one’s flexible. Everyone’s hiding something. 

Now, we believe is time for this to change. My Town Properties is an ecosystem where people can rent short or long-term, corporate businesses can reserve spaces for events, insurance companies can find what their clients need in the case of an emergency, and where investors can capitalize on the ever-growing housing market one house at a time.
